Master Bedroom

The master bedroom in Cobble Cottage is a great space to relax.  With generous proportions and windows to both the front and rear aspects it is light and airy.  The King Size bed is fitted with a comfortable pocket spring mattress.  The furnishings are of the highest standard with beautiful ‘New England’ range of handmade furniture.  There is a large double wardrobe with two drawers for storage at the base of the wardrobe, a large chest of drawers with 3 smaller drawers at the top and 4 large drawers underneath.  Two bedside cabinets with a cupboard and a drawer.  There is an airing cupboard/wardrobe with a hanging rail and two shelves.  Two travel cots are available (by prior arrangement) that can go in the master bedroom (ideal for twins).  Lovely size room with exposed beams, quality furniture and bedlinen.  Twin USB charging points are also provided.

Bedroom Two

The twin bedroom looks out over the front of the cottage.  There are two quality, comfortable single beds.  Beautiful Tallboy with 5 drawers, useful for storing clothes and a bedside cabinet.  There is also a clock radio and twin USB charging points.

Bedroom Three

The single room is a sunny room at the rear of the cottage.  There is a high quality single bed and a bedside cabinet.  There are twin USB charging points.

Bathroom

The Heritage Bathrooms suite consists of toilet, washbasin and bath with a Mira Sport shower over.  The bathroom has a fitted pine bathroom cabinet with a separate tiled area underneath.  There is also a built in laundry cupboard and an under washbasin pine storage cupboard and drawers.

The bathroom is fitted with a Bluetooth audio speaker system.  Singing in the shower doesn't get better than this!  The system can pair to most smartphones or tablets.

Kitchen and Dining area

The high quality kitchen/dining area has an attractive reclaimed brick floor with underfloor heating.  The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric Neff oven, ceramic hob, microwave, integrated dishwasher and fridge.  There is a beautiful oak dresser and dining table with 5 chairs.

There is a separate utility room (outside the cottage) with a freezer and a washer dryer, sink and units. This is an ideal room to do any washing away from the kitchen area.

Sitting Room

New for 2020 - We now have a wonderful Woodburner installed in the inglenook fireplace.  The woodburner meets the latest eco design 2022 standards and gives our cottage the warm heart it deserves.  The sitting room is comfortably furnished with large comfy sofas, 50 inch Smart TV with Freeview HD, Netflix* and Amazon Video* on demand, plus a DVD player.  There is an attractive reclaimed brick floor with underfloor heating, inglenook fireplace now with woodturner, with an old fashioned feature bread oven.  There are exposed beams, high quality oak furniture, and cosy furnishings.  Within the sitting room is an understairs cupboard with an iron and ironing board, Henry hoover, books for adults and children, games, jigsaw puzzles, playing cards.

There is lovely oak coffee table and TV cabinet with DVDs for you to borrow (adults & childrens).

The Garden

The garden is formed from one of the original strip fields a short walk towards the end of the path, approximately 95m.  The path was originally used by the farmer taking his cows from the fields to the square on the way to market.  In our private enclosed garden, there are two recliner garden chairs, a garden picnic table and plenty of space for children to play.  A barbeque and barbeque tools are available.
